Client: Pasadena Senior Center - Pasadena, CA
Assignment: The Pasadena Senior Center needed to replace an aging, broken, old web site and needed community-based features such as newsletters, calendar of events, and other communication tools to reach out to the seniors served by the center. They also needed to market the rental of their pavilion, provide information to potential sponsors, provide a list of the numerous classes, lectures, and programs they offer, as well as to promote the events they particpate in. It was also important to keep the age of the visitors in mind, and to provide an easy-to-navigate site with tools for those with poor site, or with non-English language requirements.

St. James' Episcopal Church, South Pasadena

Client: St. James' Episcopal Church, South Pasadena
Assignment: St. james' Episcopal Church in South Pasadena, California, had been relying on an HTML-based site, while full on content, was difficult to update. I proposed and designed this new site that offered an easy interface that church workers could easily use to add content for their specific areas of the site. Features of the site include a calendar showing upcoming services and events, streaming and downloadable media files, a church members password-protected area where they can buy photos of special events, and a donations area.

Woochie Support Site

Client: Cinema Secrets, Inc.
Assignment: Cinema Secrets is known for their Woochie brand of Halloween prosthetics. They include general instructions inside the kits, but there wasn't much room for creativity beyond that. I felt they needed to have an online presence for this product. I built this site with the intention of listing every Woochie product along with on-screen instructions, downloadable PDF instructions, and a video tutorial for each. I also wanted to include as many images as I could find from the numerous makeup sessions that have been photographed over the years. The videos and extra images are a work in progress, mainly due to the large time needed to complete and edit videos, and categorize the thousands of photos that are currently archived. The site currently hosts several dozen videos, and complete instructions for every product.
